Co developed the first demo-kitchen in West Africa. Developed and conducted various unique live cooking shows; Developed numerous brands and market channels. Conducted classroom and on-site training on hospitality operations, food safety and HSE for over 4,000 industry workforce and counting. Designed, equipped and commissioned various restaurants and kitchens including multinational company's guest houses. He has won various international “BEST” awards from oversea partners. Served 8 years as Food Service Director of a 400-bed hospital in Florida was followed by 18 years as board chairman of the International Food Service Executives Association, USA. He was past President, Cornell Hotel Society, Central Florida Chapter, 4 terms. He has trained over 5000 professionals at various locations including the White House, Camp David, US Vice President residence and more. Past Chairman, Hospitality and Tourism Futures, US National Skill Standards Board. He presented annually at the USO Salute to Military Chefs Dinner at the Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City. Served as Air Force Hennessy Award evaluator.
