Being a restaurateur is one of the most demanding job - from idea, menu, concept, location, human resources, marketing, internal and external factors etc.

This course takes you through the beginning down to day-to-day operations.

You end up developing your operations pattern and working documents as well as your "living and breathing business plan" without realizing it! Scope also includes but not limited to hands-on F&B set up, flow and role play inside the HBS Chameleon restaurant for various concepts of restaurant operations!

We take you through the beginning - idea and concept-proof, business plan all through hotel administration till set up, pre opening and daily operations.

You end up developing your operations pattern and working documents as well as your "living and breathing business plan" and strategy plan and implementation without realizing it!
