The HBS Certified Professional Bartending, wine study and Barista is a comprehensive beverage course designed to lay bare everything about beverage service.
We explore history and principles, essentials, spirits, classic cocktails and mocktails, culinary mixology, procurement and storage, commerce, bar customer service, everything wine, different coffee and professional machines for that classic set up and impeccable service delivery and more!
Just imagine each bar student having a well equipped bar station to him / herself!
Also, not more than 4 bar trainees at a time!
This means personalized and proper attention to each students.
