The HBS Hospitality Management is a functional operations and management course series. It seeks to break-down hotel management from the basics to the deep things for current hoteliers and those aspiring . Because the daily performance of a property and its enduring success largely depends on the manager, men and women who drive this process should be well prepped for the job and with hearts for hospitality.

The HBS HMC 
is a proper hotel managers course. It takes you through the basics of hospitality management, hotel administration, formulating ”living and breathing” customized strategy, demystifying software solution delivery, human resources, account and finance breaking down revenue management and financial health KPIs, analysis and more. 

We further lead you through all operations department exploring, doing and feeling it at the Hospitality Business School real-life fully equipped hotel training facility - Kitchen, Lounge and bar, Chameleon restaurant, Front office and house-keeping, Grill and patio.

With the HBS CHM you begin from the very basics of professional hospitality all the way.
This course is upgradeable to the HBS Professional diploma in Hospitality Management (PHM) for deeper exploration and internship opportunity.
Duration:  4 weeks

Hours per week:  12 to 15

Kits & food materials:  HBS Front office and Housekeeping attire, HBS blazer & tie. All materials required for hands-on.

The HBS Professional diploma in Hospitality Management (PHM) is a carefully designed for all desirous of making a successful career in hotel or hospitality, generally.
We begin not with real hospitality basics, demystifying hospitality principles and techniques, hotel operation administration and management skills
We further lead you through all operations department exploring, doing and feeling it at the Hospitality Business School real-life and fully equipped hotel training facility - Kitchen, Lounge and bar, Chameleon restaurant, Front office and house-keeping, Grill and Al fresco dinning area.

To crystalise the hospitality skills, you are further given the opportunity to intern at one of our partner hotel or hospitality brand. This is optional. 


Passing through this HBS course you can not end up a "regular hotelier" but an EXCEPTIONAL hotelier...
